Our Onboard team at Euston are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Customer Service Assistants.

We are COMMITTED to delivering a service that sets new standards for Customer experience and operational excellence across the communities we serve. Every day on the railway brings something new. With over 500,000 customers traveling on our network each week, our Onboard Customer Service Assistants are essential in ensuring passengers stay refreshed and comfortable. Whether selling refreshments from the Onboard shop or providing exceptional at-seat service with our delightful range of food and drinks in First Class, they help make journeys at 125mph a pleasant experience.

In this role, we want you to bring your AUTHENTIC self to make our customers experience memorable as they travel onboard. We want to be YOU!

As an Onboard Customer Service Assistant, you will have:

  • The ability to always provide excellent customer service.
  • Good attention to detail ability to solve problems and think on your feet.
  • A positive and proactive approach to the way you work.
  • The ability to work in a team
