Primary purpose of the role:

OnBase Developer - DevOps reports to the IT Service Delivery Manager. This role provides post-sale support to customers for product/service implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role focuses on technical development and solution improvements for enterprise clients, including software configuration, troubleshooting, and client communication.

The position involves fixed hours (9 am-5:30 pm UTC) with on-call support on a rotation basis.

Your role in our mission:

• Develop Agile OnBase solutions in document capture, storage, workflow, and other areas.
• Develop and support code integrating with the OnBase API.
• Identify and implement solution improvements and health checks.
• Proficiency with OnBase Configuration, Client, Unity Client, Studio, Web Client, Hyland Management Console, and API.
• Lead test transactions and error identification.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL databases.
• Develop system requirements and provide guidance on software customization and updates.
• Ensure project success in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Participate in Agile retrospectives to improve software and processes.

Functional Knowledge, Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in solution development and deployment, especially with OnBase version 18 or higher.
• Experience with .Net, databases, data migration, Kofax, workflows, and solution health checks.
• OnBase certification required.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and customer-focused skills.
• Industry awareness and a proactive approach to skill development.
