Primary purpose of the role:
OnBase Developer - DevOps role reports to the IT Service Delivery Manager. This role provides post-sale support services to customers to coordinate and execute product/services implementation projects, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance of products and services.
The OnBase Developer - DevOps is primarily responsible for providing technical development and solution process improvements for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include communication with clients, resolving software issues, licensing, configuration services, and troubleshooting installation, configuration, and environmental issues.
This role requires fixed hours (9am-5:30pm UTC) with on-call support on a rotation basis.
