Primary purpose of the role:

OnBase Developer - DevOps reports to the IT Service Delivery Manager. This role provides post-sale support to customers for product/services implementation, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance. The role focuses on technical development and solution process improvements for enterprise clients, involving communication, issue resolution, licensing, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Hours are fixed (9am-5:30pm UTC) with on-call support on a rotation basis.

Your role in our mission:

• Develop Agile OnBase solutions related to document capture, storage, workflow, etc.
• Support code development to integrate with OnBase API.
• Identify and implement solution improvements and health checks.
• Proficiency with OnBase Configuration, Client, Unity Client, Studio, Web Client, Hyland Management Console, API of EP3 and later.
• Lead test transactions and error checking.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
• Develop system requirements for data, workflows, hardware, interfaces, checks, and outputs.
• Guide project team members on development, testing, installation, and updates.
• Ensure technical components' accountability and project success.
• Participate in Agile retrospectives for process improvement.

Functional Knowledge, Skills:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with solution development, deployment, and OnBase version 18+.
• Experience with .Net, databases, data migration, Kofax, workflows, health checks, upgrades, troubleshooting.
• OnBase certification required.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and customer-oriented skills.
• Proactive skills to stay current with industry developments.
