Reporting to: Northern On Trade Lead

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an On Trade Sales Executive to join the team at Lucky Saint as we continue our mission to become the defining alcohol-free beer. In this role you will build exceptional relationships with our influential customer base, drive new business, and support the Northern sales strategy, feeding into the wider on-trade plan.

Our founder, Luke Boase, launched Lucky Saint in late 2018 with an ambition to change the perception of alcohol-free beer and the drinking experience, worldwide. Since the launch of our 0.5% Superior Unfiltered Lager, Lucky Saint has received widespread attention from top industry professionals, the UK’s best operators, and the media.

A day in the life in this role:

Covering a key territory for us, you'll be spending your days working in the finest pubs, bars and restaurants across Leeds and Yorkshire.

Your day will start with clearing your task lists and inbox as well as catching up on the previous day's admin. Then you might set about getting your route planning down using our CRM platform. With chilled beers packed you’ll then head out into trade to meet some existing customers and potential new business. Over lunch you might meet with a wholesale sales rep to share data and insights before carrying on with anafternoon of meetings with customer check ins and draught quality checks. And along the way you’ll build staff advocacy, training bar teams and prospecting new accounts. To see out the day you might stop off in a Leeds pub with a pint of Lucky Saint while you wrap up any actions from the day's work before hosting a Lucky Saint sponsored activation.

Salary range: £28k-30k

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering the company’s sales and profit targets for the On-Trade channel inthe North– focused specifically on Leeds & Yorkshire.
  • Maximise distribution of draught and packaged beer via key relationships with allrelevantOn Tradecustomers & wholesalers
  • You will manage,nurtureand grow an existing portfolio of Lucky Saintcustomers
  • You willbuild relationships with prospective customers,growingour customer base and distribution with theabsolute bestvenues throughout the Northeast
  • You will deliver brilliant category and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and rate of sale
  • Support and assist on a tiered targeting team strategy for securing key accounts
  • Continually develop your understanding of both the beer andnon-alcoholiccategory with a focus on a data driven approach to sales.
  • You will feedback fantastic insight to the business and deliver business performance course-correcting where needed as well as
  • Effectively maintain an up-to-date CRM and any business essential administration.
