Job summary

Support at Home Ltd in Runcorn is recruiting Support Workers to help clients live independently at home. The role involves personal care, meal prep, companionship and mobility support, with emphasis on safe moving and handling.

We offer full and part-time hours, funded training and NVQs, plus mileage bonuses and a supportive team. A UK driving licence is preferred to access client homes across the area.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health and Social sector: 1 year (preferred).
• UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
• United Kingdom (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, medication).
• Meal preparation and home help.
• Provide social support and companionship.
• Support safe moving and handling of clients.
• Help with complex needs (Mental Health, Dementia, PEG, Stoma, Catheter care).
