Job summary

Domino Clamps is seeking a practical, organised warehouse coordinator for its new Waltham Forest premises. You will take responsibility for stock, fulfilment, and basic purchasing, ensuring customer orders leave accurately and on time, with ongoing stock replenishment and quality checks.

The role combines picking, packing, goods-in, and data entry using stock systems, while collaborating with colleagues across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or fulfilment roles.
• Attention to detail when checking orders and records.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, email and stock/order systems.
• Ability to balance daily dispatch deadlines with stock planning.
• Initiative and clear communication in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders and prepare boxed parcels or pallet shipments.
• Print and check labels and packing lists.
• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for collection.
• Flag shortages or issues that could delay dispatch.
