Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a technically skilled analyst to carry out studies on weapon system performance in Stevenage, predominantly on-site.

You will model missile performance, run 6 DoF simulations, analyse data with MATLAB, and report findings for design reviews while adhering to strict security clearance and sole British citizenship requirements. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to present technical data concisely.

Qualifications

• Experience in running and analysing complex computer simulations (e.g. 6 Degrees of Freedom models)
• Competent with MATLAB
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to present technical data clearly and concisely
• Use of mathematical models to assess system behaviour
• Must be a sole British Citizen due to high-level security clearance requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct technical studies into the performance of various systems involving complex mathematical models
• Collaborate with other teams to understand how the wider system affects performance
• Report and analyse performance data in both internal design reviews and external performance statements
