Job summary

SheaWorks Ltd in Harlow, Essex is seeking a confident Social Media & Content Creator to join the team full-time. You’ll own the company’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn, planning, filming, editing and posting engaging content.

You’ll regularly appear on camera, travel to sites with engineers, capture day‑in‑the‑life moments and create content that showcases the team, projects and company culture.

Qualifications

• Confident and not camera shy, with a personable delivery.
• Creative thinker with a good sense of humour and originality.
• Comfortable approaching people and getting them involved on camera.
• Able to spot content opportunities and generate engaging ideas.
• Ability to film and edit short-form video to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit and post social media content across platforms.
• Regularly appear in content and create office content with the team.
• Travel to jobs and film engineers on site for real-life content.
• Capture project transformations, behind‑the‑scenes footage and completed works.
• Produce Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form content; write captions and schedule posts.
• Engage with comments and help grow SheaWorks' online community.
• Create more professional content for LinkedIn alongside fun social posts.
