Qualifications

• Operational experience in military, law enforcement, border security, command and control, or similar environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with live video, sensor feeds and display systems.
• Relevant technical, communications, avionics, IT, ISR or operational qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site DEA representative during assigned shifts, liaising with customer staff and DEA teams.
• Provide timely advice on platform availability, sensor outputs and operational limitations.
• Assist customer in understanding sensor outputs and how to use them effectively.
• Coordinate live queries between the Customer’s Centre, DEA crews and support teams.
