Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a large manufacturing site in Wolverhampton. The role is site-based, five days per week, guiding HR activity across roughly 450 employees and liaising with leaders, unions and health & safety teams.

You will report to the Head of HR and lead employee relations, recruitment, change and engagement initiatives while ensuring UK employment law compliance. CIPD Level 5 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR advisory experience.
• Proven ER case handling and policy application.
• Experience with Trade Unions and employee relations.
• UK employment law knowledge.
• Commercial, pragmatic HR approach.
• Site-based role requiring 5 days on site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for operational leaders, supervisors and employees.
• Manage a broad range of employee relations matters, ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly.
• Oversee recruitment activity and agency labour processes.
• Support health & safety and Trade Union engagement.
• Contribute to organisational change programmes and HR projects.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide meaningful insight to operational leadership.
• Support learning, development, induction and ad hoc training activity.
