Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking an HSE Advisor to coordinate safety, health and environmental activities at the Cranfield site and across the UK. You will drive continuous improvement within the Integrated Management System and uphold Framatome's safety culture.

Reporting to the IMS Manager, you will provide technical advice, conduct inspections, develop RAMS and risk assessments, train site staff, and collaborate with project teams to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• IOSH/NEBOSH safety certification required.
• Experience in Accident/Incident Investigation and problem solving.
• Experience in highly regulated industries; Nuclear industry desirable.
• Understanding of nuclear safety culture and performance management techniques.
• Demonstrable field engagement and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of root-cause analysis techniques (FMEA, 5 Whys, LEAN, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety and quality activities at the Cranfield site and liaise with other UK sites.
• Provide support on all HSE matters and drive Continuous Improvement within the IMS.
• Report to the IMS Manager and Head of HSE; build strong relationships with local management to deliver a top-class safety, environmental and quality service.
