Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services in Grantham is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to protect people and property on site. You will follow Assignment Instructions (AI's) and ensure compliance with UK law, while maintaining high professional standards and reporting any incidents promptly.

The role requires frontline licence renewal, ongoing training, and a proactive approach to security; you will contribute to a service that supports trust and contract retention with our client.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence required.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect property and people by delivering security services per AI.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs to retain the contract.
• Complete required training and renew front-line licences on schedule.
• Report incidents, hazards and security threats to management.
• Maintain professional conduct and accurate incident notebooks.
