Job summary
Sunseeker International Ltd. is seeking a proactive SAP Support Analyst to join our IT team in Poole. You will own SAP support end-to-end, liaising with business users, finance, supply chain and manufacturing to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
The role requires hands-on SAP knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work on-site daily in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous experience with SAP Solution Manager and ECC6 is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- 1st/2nd line SAP support experience in ERP context.
- Strong SAP knowledge: user and role management.
- Familiar with SAP architecture, data migration, and integration points.
- ITIL knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- On-site 5 days a week in Poole; no hybrid option.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line SAP support and incidents handling.
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing teams.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access.
- Coordinate with third-party partners for complex issues.
- Participate in testing and upgrades; contribute to documentation.
- Monitor trends and drive process improvements.
- Support vendor performance and cost management.
