Staffline is seeking a Recruitment Account Coordinator to support our Gloucester site on an on-site basis. This FTC role runs until 31 December 2026 and offers £27,000 per annum.

You will recruit, onboard temporary workers, meet client deadlines, and ensure accurate payroll data while delivering excellent service to candidates and customers. Training is provided; transferable skills welcome; proactive, customer-focused mindset essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment is beneficial but not essential.
• Customer-centric mindset and strong communication.
• Right to Work in the UK must be demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Meet client deadlines by fulfilling staffing requirements.
• Recruitment, selection and onboarding of temporary workers.
• Accurate data input and validation for weekly payroll.
• Handle administrative processes such as absences and change requests.
• Ensure compliance and maintain secure records for audits.
• Provide a positive customer experience and address worker queries.
