Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction/project management on building schemes.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Solid understanding of health & safety and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities on the project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and specialist trades.
