The role

You’ll be carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the prison site, including:

• General plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Mains water supply repairs
• Fault finding and fixing issues first time
• Inspections, water sampling and basic risk assessments
• Identifying and replacing life-expired equipment

This is a hands-on trade role, not desk‑based, and you’ll have the time and support to do the job properly.

Working hours

39 hours per week

Rota between:

• 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday
• 08:00-16:00 Friday to Sunday

1 in 3 weekends, paid with an additional 15% allowance
