Job summary

Navantia UK is seeking an on-site Enterprise Applications Specialist to provide stable, proactive support for PLM, CAD, and SAP at our Belfast site. You will own incidents from report to resolution, build deep knowledge of engineering workflows, and collaborate with central SMEs to enable production and design processes.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with PLM and CAD in live engineering/manufacturing
Proven ability to own incidents from first report to resolution
Strong knowledge of engineering workflows and configuration management

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on first-line application support for PLM and CAD systems used by engineering and manufacturing teams
Own incidents, requests, and problems through to resolution
Develop deep site-specific knowledge of workflows, configurations, and integrations across PLM, CAD, SAP
Collaborate with enterprise teams to ensure standards and knowledge sharing
Work with Site IT Business Partner to align priorities
Participate in digital transformation projects and documentation
Provide on-site support with occasional travel to other sites
