Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking a Painting and Insulation Superintendent for the NZT Power project. The role involves overseeing painting and insulation activities, supervising subcontractors and internal teams to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently and in compliance with all standards.

You will facilitate communication between internal construction teams, subcontractors, vendors and company representatives to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising painting and insulation on large industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate painting and insulation activities across site.
• Direct subcontractors and internal crews to meet safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and project requirements.
• Monitor progress, mobilization of resources and contractor performance.
• Facilitate communication between construction teams, subcontractors, vendors and company reps.
