- Lead and mentor up to four consultants, delivering on-site workstreams
- Translate client goals into KPIs and governance to sustain improvement
- Partner with client stakeholders at operational and senior levels
- Shape progress narratives for senior stakeholders and updates
- Identify risks early and maintain delivery momentum with programme leadership
