Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Redruth is seeking an On Site Coordinator to help ensure smooth daily operations of the client’s workforce on site. The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule with early start and end times, and involves daily worker bookings and attendance management.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker bookings daily in line with client requirements.
• Ensure worker hours are recorded and input into the payroll system accurately.
• Handle daily check-ins, manage absences, and conduct return-to-work interviews.
• Oversee attendance, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
• Address colleague queries and ensure compliance in all areas.
