Job summary

Netholabs Ltd. is seeking an experienced researcher engineer to own the London capture site across lab and field settings. You will set up hardware, enforce capture protocols, and ensure sessions run reliably and reproducibly.

This is an operational role focused on execution at scale, not science design. Responsibilities span experimental operations, hardware & systems, and infrastructure, including data storage, calibration, and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience with human motion capture (marker-based, markerless, or IMU-suit systems).
• Multi-camera calibration and time synchronization fundamentals.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting ability.
• Comfortable working with embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain streamlined capture protocols and ensure sessions are reproducible and well logged.
• Set up and maintain motion-capture and neurophysiological recording systems; integrate devices on a shared clock; troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee lab layout, capture-space setup, data storage, formats, backups, and procurement communications.
