Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer for a 6-month contract in Hounslow. You will lead on-site mechanical works, coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure delivery aligns with programme.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering mechanical projects on-site.
• Ability to review mechanical drawings and specs.
• Strong site coordination and subcontractor management.
• Proactive ownership of tasks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating mechanical works on site.
• Supporting the day-to-day delivery and progress of the project.
• Coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors and other project personnel.
• Ordering and coordinating mechanical materials and equipment.
• Reviewing mechanical designs and ensuring relevant information is communicated effectively to engineers on site.
• Checking drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Producing and maintaining project documentation.
• Supporting the planning and coordination of mechanical installation works.
• Monitoring progress and helping to ensure works are completed in line with project requirements.
• Liaising with the wider project team to resolve any issues that arise on site.
