Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognised formal mechanical or plumbing training (e.g., City and Guilds).
• Significant experience as a Building Services Engineer within a large organisation.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and complete reactive and PPM work orders using the CAFM system.
• Promote Health & Safety standards within the M&E team.
• Conduct routine mechanical alarm testing.
