Morson Group seeks a Material Analyst for a prestigious client in Oxford. This on-site role focuses on stock optimization, KPI analysis, and data-driven improvements across Materials Management and Logistics.

You will work with CAMO, Planning, and Finance to optimize inventory and costs. You will maintain SAP systems (AiO/EC2) and the INVU Paperless System, develop dashboards, and support commercial and operational teams with data-driven insights.

Formación

• Excel proficiency required.
• Strong background in data modelling and inventory analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Commercially aware with customer-service focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Full UK Driving Licence and eligibility for UK Security Clearance (SC/DBS).
• English reading/writing with GCSEs and up to 2 A Levels or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Stock optimization and weekly MRP reporting; manage Min/Max in SAP and equipment pool with CAMO and Planning teams.
• Analyze aged stock with Finance to mitigate risk; work with MRO to maintain high-turnover spares.
• Analyse KPIs (OTR, OTD, SCA, fill rates) and report monthly/quarterly/annual results.
• Review and improve Materials Management and Logistics processes for efficiency and best practices.
• Maintain SAP (AiO & EC2) and the INVU Paperless System; ensure data integrity.
• Create divisional presentations using PowerPoint/Slides; manage cost files and product databases.
