Job summary

Line Up Aviation is seeking a Materials Analyst for an Oxford-based role focusing on analysing Material Management and Logistics, stock optimisation, and cost impacts. You will support policy implementation and drive improvements across MRP, Min/Max, and stock systems.

The position offers 37.5 hours per week on a 12-month contract, with pay at 21.51 per hour via Umbrella, and a location described as Oxford with one day hybrid.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills are required.
• Experience with inventory analytics and stock modelling.
• Strong communication across organisational levels and stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and customer-service mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Full UK driving license and eligibility for UK security clearance.
• Proficiency in English reading and writing; GCSEs and A-Levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive stock optimization and maintain Min/Max in SAP.
• Run weekly MRP reports and manage purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Finance, MRO, CAMO and Planning teams.
• Analyse aged stock and develop mitigation strategies.
• Produce KPI analyses and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Refine Materials Management and Logistics processes.
• Maintain SAP AiO/EC2 and INVU paperless systems.
• Prepare divisional presentations and manage cost files.
