Qualifications

• Relevant technical qualifications in facilities, engineering, or building maintenance; hotel experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.
• Experience with hotel infrastructure, guest room fixtures, and operational equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and hotel compliance standards.
