Hilton is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in London to lead a high-performing team, oversee the maintenance and safety of the property, and support capital projects and energy initiatives. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences through reliable facilities management.

You will coordinate with hotel leadership to ensure safety, compliance, and timely responses to maintenance needs, while driving efficiency and performance across engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing team: recruit, train, supervise, mentor, evaluate, and recognise achievements.
• Ensure safety and compliance: oversee building, mechanical/electrical/HVAC systems; coordinate inspections and safety standards.
• Manage daily maintenance operations: oversee activities, prioritise tasks, verify completion in the CMMS, and resolve guest concerns and emergencies.
• Support property improvement projects: direct capital projects and rehabilitations, scheduling, budgeting, bidding, licensing/permitting.
• Lead energy efficiency initiatives: develop and oversee energy conservation programs to reduce utility costs.
• Drive engineering performance: monitor KPIs, equipment upkeep, audit results, team productivity, and implement improvements.
• Support hotel-wide operational leadership: collaborate with leadership on evacuations, duty manager coverage, and safety protocols.
