Wilson James is hiring a Logistics Operative for the Building Management Services team at Hinkley Point C in Somerset. The role involves providing essential logistics support, maintaining a safe and organised site, and assisting contractors across the project.

Key duties include signage installation, waste management, stock control, and adherence to Safe Systems of Work. The position offers progression on pay and a comprehensive benefits package with on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• CITB Operative Health & Safety Test required before starting.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow Safe Systems of Work.
• Strong work ethic and reliability, with teamwork focus.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Install wayfinding and emergency signage.
• Manage waste and segregate materials.
• Housekeeping duties and site cleanliness.
• Receipt and stock control of consumables and equipment.
• Provide logistics support to contractors on site.
• Perform general vehicle maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow HPC Code of Conduct and Safe Systems of Work.
