Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive Lean initiatives at our Cramlington site. You will apply DMAIC, 5S and Kaizen to cut waste, reduce variation, and boost safety, quality, and productivity on the manufacturing floor.

You will train teams, build dashboards with BI tools, and coach White Belt to Black Belt improvements while collaborating with Manufacturing and Operations, Quality, and Enterprise Lean Sigma teams. On-site role at the Cramlington facility.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid foundation in Lean Manufacturing methodologies and problem-solving.
• Experience on shop floor with DMAIC project execution and A3/Kaizen facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hands-on change agent to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost on the shop floor.
• Lead DMAIC projects and Kaizen events to drive plant KPIs and sustain improvements.
• Facilitate MDI and ELS deployment, coaching teams to self-solve and embed standards.
