Job summary

EKFB, a joint venture delivering HS2 works in the Aylesbury area, is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to join the team. You will provide admin support to the Health and Safety team, maintain data across safety systems, collate reports, attend meetings and take minutes, and liaise with site delivery teams.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required as some sites are remote. This role offers a pathway within a major infrastructure project with collaborative development

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role.
• Knowledge of Office 365.
• Good organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety team.
• Review processes and schedules in line with project policies.
• Liaise daily with internal site delivery teams to obtain health and safety data.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety system platforms with accurate data.
• Assist with data collation and preparation of health and safety reports.
• Attend regular meetings; take minutes and record actions.
