Job summary

EKFB, a joint venture of Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall, is recruiting a Health and Safety Coordinator for the Aylesbury area. Based at sites and offices, you will provide admin support to the Health and Safety team and help ensure project policies are followed.

You will liaise with internal site delivery teams, monitor safety systems, prepare data for reports, and attend meetings to take minutes and record actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administration role.
• Knowledge of Office 365.
• Good organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety team and review processes in line with project policies.
• Liaise daily with internal site delivery teams to obtain health and safety performance and compliance information.
• Monitor and maintain health and safety system platforms ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with collation and preparation of data for health and safety reports.
• Attend regular meetings and take minutes and record actions.
