LAH Property Marketing Ltd is seeking a Front of House Receptionist for a premium commercial building in Tunbridge Wells. You will welcome tenants, visitors and contractors, maintain a polished reception, and contribute to the occupant experience with proactive engagement.

The role requires independence, reliability and a warm professional demeanor, with duties spanning communication tasks, events support, and maintaining high standards of presentation on site.

Qualifications

• Professionalism in presentation and communication.
• Proactive, organised and calm approach.
• Confident working independently without close supervision.
• Ability to use email, basic reporting tools and Microsoft applications effectively.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Confidence to support communication and engagement activity where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Welcome tenants, visitors and contractors in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage busy periods confidently and courteously.
• Support the smooth running of reception, including visitors, contractors, deliveries and couriers.
• Prepare refreshments for guests where required.
• Assist with tenant messaging, notices and general building communication.
• Produce newsletters or occupier updates when required using Canva.
