Job summary

LAH Property Marketing is seeking a warm, professional Front of House Receptionist for a premium commercial office building in Didcot. You will be the face of the building, greeting tenants, visitors and contractors, and ensuring a polished reception environment.

This on-site role runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 3pm with a salary of £20,124 per year. The successful candidate will bring high standards, calm confidence and strong service orientation to support building management and tenant

Qualifications

• Front-of-house service experience or strong service mindset.
• Professional and personable presentation required.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft tools and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Keep the reception area organized, presentable and welcoming.
• Support reception operations including visitors, deliveries and couriers.
• Handle competing priorities and manage day-to-day tasks with calm.
