Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all finishing and snagging operations on site to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
Lead site inspections and QA checks, identifying and resolving defects promptly.
Organise and supervise subcontractors and finishing teams, ensuring safe and efficient work.
Maintain accurate snagging progress records and prepare detailed reports for project management.
Collaborate with project managers, clients and stakeholders to communicate progress and address concerns.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Plan and manage resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
Implement continuous improvement measures for finishing processes and quality outcomes.
