Job summary

PfP Students is hiring a Maintenance Assistant for a large site at the University of York, YO10 5GE. Working hours are 8am–5pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch, five days a week, plus an on-call rota outside hours. A basic DBS check is required and training may be provided.

You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance to a high standard, either as part of a team or individually, maintaining safety and service quality for occupants.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• You will have a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• You will be compliant with Health and Safety and manage tasks end to end.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance to a high standard on a large site.
• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance, working to keep the site maintained.
• Minimise occupant disruption and keep customer satisfaction at the forefront.
