Restaurant Associates is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Assistant Event Operations Manager to support the delivery of conference and events on site across our premium hospitality venues in the UK.

You will lead front-of-house teams, assist with inventory, budgets and training, and uphold the brand standards while ensuring flawless service during all events. This full-time role offers a varied, client-facing environment with career development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years' experience in events or hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach

• Act as a vital link between team and management to ensure high-quality service delivery of all conferencing and events on site.
• Support the Event Operations Manager with inventory, budgets, and operational planning
• Lead and motivate front-of-house teams, maintaining energy and focus
• Assist with staff training and development
• Take ownership of key admin and paperwork tasks
• Uphold and represent the Restaurant Associates and Compass Group UK&I brand professionally
