Job summary

KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG is seeking an On-Site Endoscopic Specialist in Kings Lynn to support hospital endoscopy services. You will ensure availability, uptime, and safe operation of endoscopic equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Working directly with clinical teams, sterile services, and theatre staff, you will maintain equipment, troubleshoot, and support surgical procedures in a hospital setting, with a focus on patient safety and theatre efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, endoscopy, theatres, sterile services, decontamination, medical devices or technical support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for KARL STORZ endoscopes, instruments, camera systems and related equipment in a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, sterile services, operating theatres and hospital stakeholders to ensure equipment is maintained and available.
• Assist with setup for procedures, troubleshooting and ensuring high levels of customer service and patient safety.
