You will work in a hospital setting, maintaining and ensuring availability of endoscopes, camera systems and related equipment, while delivering high-quality customer service to clinical teams. In this role, you will collaborate with theatres, sterile services and hospital stakeholders to optimise uptime and theatre efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, endoscopy, theatres, sterile services, decontamination, medical devices, or technical support environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for endoscopic equipment within a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, sterile services and theatres to ensure equipment is maintained and available.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to hospital staff.
