Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HVAC Hard Services.
• Good working experience of BMS and Delmatic and CAFM systems.
• Experienced in maintenance of large-scale building services applications.
• Desire to progress in career.

Responsibilities

• 75% of the job is on the tools managing maintenance.
• Manage PPM regime and reactive calls updates.
• Ensure statutory building compliance is upheld.
• Provide technical support to engineering team.
