Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Ecological Clerk of Works or in a similar ecological consultancy role.
• Strong practical field skills and good knowledge of UK wildlife legislation.
• Ability to work independently on site and make rapid, defensible decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day ecological supervision and monitoring on large‑scale construction and development sites.
• Ensure ecological mitigation, protection measures, and site controls are implemented effectively.
• Carry out site inspections and supervise ecological surveys.
