Job summary
Sopra Steria's ADS Consulting team in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced business change professional to support Defence and National Security programmes. You will deliver transformation, drive service improvement and enable AI-enabled solutions on-site in highly secure environments.
You'll collaborate with seasoned consultants, facilitate workshops, shape client recommendations and contribute to business development and capability building across the practice.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering business change, transformation, or consulting assignments.
- Experience in Defence, Security, Government or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to facilitate workshops.
- Analytical, organisational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of client needs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver business change, transformation and service improvement engagements across Defence and National Security.
- Support adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables, recommendations and reports.
- Support business development activities and proposals.
- Contribute to ADS Consulting methodologies and capability development.
