Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking an experienced Customer Partnership Manager to act as the key link between DHL and our customers, on site at Manton Wood 4. You will build strong relationships, resolve issues and ensure a high level of service delivery.

This role is not a sales position; you will develop genuine partnerships, manage challenging conversations with customers, and collaborate to find solutions when issues arise to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or operational environment.
• Strong CRM and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing escalations and service-related conversations.
• Confidence presenting to customers and leading reviews.
• Ability to analyse performance data to identify improvements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Independent with a collaborative, trust-building approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Act as day-to-day DHL on-site representative.
• Manage customer issues and escalations through to resolution.
• Work with DHL operations and planning teams to support service delivery.
• Lead monthly customer review meetings and present performance data.
• Record, track and drive completion of agreed actions.
• Identify trends and analyse performance data to find improvements.
• Drive process improvements across DHL and customer operations.
• Provide clear communication between DHL and customer teams.
