Job summary

3D Personnel is seeking a CSA Engineer to join an on-site project team, reporting to the Project Manager. You will act as the technical adviser on site, supporting daily operations and coordinating with subcontractors, engineers and the wider workforce.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, at least 2 years post-graduate experience, and solid knowledge of health and safety regulations. You will plan work, review drawings, monitor quality, and help ensure the project meets timelines and

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience.
• Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and planning skills.
• IT literacy with MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Support the CSA Manager with daily operations.
• Act as main technical adviser on site for contractors.
• Ensure materials and work meet specifications.
• Manage and interpret construction drawings.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and workforce.
• Oversee day-to-day site management and supervision.
• Plan work and organise plant and site facilities.
• Check plans and subcontractor setting out.
• Oversee quality control and safety management on site.
• Prepare reports for senior site manager & project manager.
• Resolve technical difficulties and report accordingly.
• Any other duties as required.
