Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support the Hinkley Point C Turbine Hall construction. You will serve as the on-site focal point, coordinating contractual, administrative and organisational tasks for a work package within a nuclear site environment.

You will collaborate closely with the Construction Manager and Contract Manager to ensure effective communication between site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, while monitoring progress and driving timely

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects in industrial, infrastructure, or nuclear environments.
• Solid understanding of EPC contracts, subcontracting, and variations.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage interfaces with clients and subcontractors.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site focal point coordinating contract, admin and organisational tasks for a work package.
• Interface daily with site teams, project functions, subcontractors and project partners; support planning and reporting.
• Produce weekly/monthly progress reports, track KPIs and cost/delay deviations, maintain dashboards.
• Support invoicing, cost tracking, and subcontractor payments; assist procurement and budget monitoring.
