Job summary

Milbank Concrete Products Ltd. is seeking an on-site operative to install our precast concrete stairs, beams, hollow core and bespoke products in a safe and professional manner.

You will read Milbank designs, operate lifting equipment (where qualified), and work under a Fixing Foreman to maintain high standards of quality and safety on site across our projects in the UK. Experience with cranes and a valid UK driving licence are beneficial, with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork

Qualifications

• UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience with cranes is ideal but not required.
• Practical problem-solving is essential to the role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills across on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Installation of concrete stairs/beams/hollow core to high standards.
• Read Milbank designs and install accordingly.
• Operate lifting equipment and perform slinging/signalling where qualified.
• Carry out grouting, joint sealing, finishing and cutting.
• Follow health and safety regulations and attend toolbox talks.
• Work with a Fixing Foreman and on-site team.
• Offload deliveries and work with cranes on site.
• Represent Milbank on sites and maintain a can-do attitude.
