Job summary

Milbank Concrete Products Ltd. is seeking an experienced lifting operations professional to prepare lift plans and RAMS for precast concrete products across sites in the southeast. You will act as the main point of contact for site managers and clients, ensuring safe, compliant lifting solutions.

The role requires CPCS Appointed Person certification, a full UK driving licence, and strong planning skills. You will travel predominately from a car or home base with occasional trips to the Essex HQ,

Qualifications

CPCS Appointed Person (Lifting Operations) is required.
A valid Full UK driving licence is essential.
Experience with heavy lifting in construction environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate lift plans, RAMS, and method statements for concrete products across multiple sites.
Manage lifting projects from initial surveys to client sign-off and execution.
Act as primary point of contact for site managers and clients, ensuring professional communication.
Select cranes and lifting accessories based on load, site conditions and ground bearing capacity.
Ensure compliance with LOLER 1998, PUWER 1998, BS 7121, CDM 2015 and Health & Safety at Work Act.
Plan RAMS and lifting plans for client approval before work begins.
Work mobile from a car/home with occasional trips to the EC HQ, maintaining safety and efficiency.
