Job summary

Beek Studios, a creative technology studio, is seeking a hands-on coordinator to join our Southwark studio on a hybrid basis. You’ll split time between in-person work (2–3 days a week) and international travel for deployments, supporting budgets, project boards, kit lists and site logistics.

In this role you’ll be part of the build and delivery crew, helping run the operations that make large interactive installations come to life — from planning to shipping and on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication; receptive to feedback.
• Problem-solving mindset to spot issues early.
• Curiosity about making and interactive installations.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work long days on site.
• Experience with logistics, shipping or carnet paperwork is useful.

Responsibilities

• Support the team across the full life of a project: keeping project boards, budgets and actions up to date.
• Maintain kit lists and packing lists, freight and carnet paperwork, venue and H&S documentation.
• Handle site inductions, team travel and accommodation.
• On-site you are part of the build and delivery crew.
