Job summary

JM Adventure Ltd seeks an on-site Construction Team Member for a contracted period, based in Swanage and working on sites across the UK & Ireland.

You will assist with the build and installation of adventure parks, ropes courses, zip wires, net courses, and activity towers, following project plans and safety procedures. The role involves working at height and coordinating with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or outdoor projects is preferred.
• Ability to work at height and use PPE safely.
• Good teamwork and reliable attitude for physical outdoor work.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and organising materials.
• Using hand and power tools.
• Using specialist rigging & access equipment safely.
• Supporting groundwork & foundations.
• Pole installations and outdoor construction tasks.
• Travelling to client sites across the UK & Ireland.
• Maintaining a clean and safe construction site.
