Position Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in London, Ontario. Reporting to the District Controller, you will handle the full cycle of Accounts Receivable, resolve issues, support special projects, and assist our Finance Team and clients. This position is 100% in-person; remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Prepare and process AR journal entries.
• Monitor overdue accounts and follow up for collections.
• Support internal stakeholders efficiently and timely.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and ensure statements are current.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Assist with electronic invoicing and payment methods implementation.
• Support month-end closing activities, including AR aging reports.
• Manage customer credit approvals and reviews.
• Participate in AR projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Accounting or finance diploma or certificate is an asset.
• Experience with accounts receivable processes, including cash application and collections.
• Strong understanding of debits and credits.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Open Invoice, D365) preferred.
• Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with excellent time management and independence.
• Must pass all pre-employment requirements.
